The memorial is located at Freedom Park in Naples, Florida at the northeast corner of Goodlette-Frank Road and Golden Gate Parkway.  Organizers wanted a peaceful, quite place for reflection where families could walk and gather. FreedomPark provides a fitting environment with flowing waterways, winding paths and shaded benches
